Devorise Dixon from US alleged that a local KFC store served him fried rat instead of fried chicken. The things went viral on social networks when he shared pics and a video through Facebook.
According to FOX59, Dixon bought tender chicken from a KFC store in California and found it is a fried rat after two bites. “It was very nasty, I spit it out. I looked down at my hand and I realized that it was in the shape of a rat with a tail and everything in it.” He told a radio station.
Then he posted a video with fried rat in Facebook before storing it in the freezer. He returned to the KFC store with receipt and pics. "The manager actually freaked out, confirmed that it was a rat, She apologized for it. They actually just offered me a free meal" He said.
Dixon wasn't ready for the compensation as he hired a lawyer to take this case serious.
When Dixon's case went viral on social media, customers from various parts of the world flooded KFC Facebook page and KFC is busy with giving explanations like this.
A customer has made a serious claim against KFC and refuses to cooperate in the investigation. The images the customer originally posted do not include this second angle because it clearly shows it’s a piece of hand-breaded white meat chicken. Based on this, and the fact that he refuses to allow anyone to see the product, we are left to believe that he intended to deceive the public with this hoax and we are considering all options.
